We are grateful to AJ McConnachie for allowing us to add these photos of the Arkh Angell DA 33 (Originally K616 – Yard No. 88) to the archive. She was built at Campbeltown Shipyard in 1990 and was originally commissioned by Skipper Kenny Bain of Orkney. These photos show her coming in to land in Dunmore East, near Waterford, Ireland and were taken last year, 2018.
A crew member, Sandy Cooper, of the Arkh Angell wrote a a piece about his experience as a crew member when she first fished off Orkney which is worth reading. Read more.
