It’s great to see what the Campbeltown-built Guardian Angell (Yard No. 91 – 1992), renamed Courageous, looks like now.
Here are a few photos of Courageous LK.272, ex- Guardian Angell K.535, taken on Peterhead ship-lift. She was up for a refit this year. After she was built for Orkney she was sold to Shetland, bought by Michael Henderson & Partners to become Guardian Angell LK.272. When he ordered a new Guardian Angell from Parkol Marine in Whitby, a few years ago, he sold her to a young Shetland partnership which was headed by Ian Shearer, who worked on her as Guardian Angell; then they renamed her Courageous LK.272.
