Revised list of names of Campbeltown Shipyard Employees (012/06/2019).
After a call-out on our Facebook page we have managed to gather 250+ names of people who worked at Campbeltown Shipyard Ltd. I’ve trawled through all the posts and hope that I haven’t missed anyone out… if I have then just let me know – the same goes for the spelling of names, as everything can be amended.
In an ideal word we would love everyone here on this list, or their families, to be involved in helping us build up a picture of the human face of the shipyard. We think it would be an amazing tribute to all of the people who made Campbeltown Shipyard such a success to be included. So our challenge is to find a bit of information about each person and a photo of them.
