Helenus FR 121 was built at Campbeltown Shipyard in 1987 as Wave Sheaf LK134 (Yard No. 80) for Tomas Goodlad of Hamnavoe, Shetland. We have published some photographs by Bobby Wylie of her from the time of her launch/sea trials in Campbeltown. The Wave Sheaf is still fishing out of Peterhead. She came into the ownership of her current skipper, Sandy Wiseman, in 1996 when she was renamed and registered as Helenus FR 121. . We are very grateful to Sandy for the opportunity to be able to comprehensively document the boat as she is today.
