As part of the Top Skippers’ Choice project, volunteer Paul Barham worked on creating this timeline, charting the fortunes of the boats built by Campbeltown Shipyard from 1970 t0 2020. We are grateful to Paul for dedicating time to compiling this for the project. The timeline was based on information from Sam Henderson and Peter Drummond’s book, Fishing Boats of Campbeltown Shipyard, information from the Clyde Ships website and from information shared by contributors on the Top Skippers’ Choice Facebook page.
